Shipping Policy
1. When and where do you usually deliver?We operate seven days a week, offering delivery, installation, and pick-up services. If there is no lift available or if the use of the lift is not permitted at your premises, additional labour charges will apply for carrying products via stairs.
Currently, we are active in Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. Please note that installation charges for air conditioners (ACs) will be communicated to you in advance, before placing the order.
Orders are delivered within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation
2. Do you help us with relocation?We offer free relocation within the city for our rented items. If you are relocating to another city where we operate, you can rent similar products in the new city. Please note that the relocation service is available only once during the tenure of the contract.We strongly recommend that customers do not attempt to relocate the products themselves. If any damage occurs during self-relocation, the cost of the damage will be recovered from the customer.3. What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?In case of the of customer unavailability, please inform us who will be receiving the products on your behalf. We will require an acknowledgment email from you, along with the nominee's government ID proof. This is to ensure that your order is in safe hands.4. What if my building does not have a lift? If there is no lift or permission to use the lift at your premises, additional labour charges will apply to carry the products via stairs. The charges will depend on the size of the order and the floor level.5. What if my society does not allow vehicles inside?Please ensure that the delivery vehicle is allowed entry inside the premises, as parking on the road is often not permitted. Additionally, please make sure all required documents and payments with the landlord are completed, as we have observed that some customers do not have permission to move into the new house.7. Who deals with labour (hamaali) union and transport union issues?Rentofab works with transport unions at loading and unloading areas. However, if there are labour (hamaali) union issues at your location that prevent unloading, you will need to handle the situation. In the rare event of this happening, we will take the items back without delivering them and bear the logistics cost. The likelihood of such issues occurring is very low.
